Please be advised that the Eastern Caribbean Amalgamated Bank has been notified that there is a possible COVID-19 exposure at our Redcliffe Street Branch. As an immediate response to protect the health and safety of our customers and staff, we wish to advise of the temporary closure of the Redcliffe Street Branch from today Tuesday, February 2, 2021.
In accordance with the COVID-19 protocols, employees at this branch will remain in quarantine until cleared to return to work. In addition, we will institute a deep sanitizing of the Redcliffe Street Branch. We will advise the opening date of the branch in due course.
Customers who require in-branch services during the period of closure are directed to any of our remaining branch locations. Customers are also urged to utilize the below services to conduct transactions:
